Assistant Property Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Quadrel Realty Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of its growing portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team within a best-in-class organization. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in overseeing all aspects of property management, ensuring a high level of service to tenants and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and update rent rolls and records using AppFolio
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
Maintain positive tenant relationships and ensure high resident satisfaction
Manage maintenance requests and schedule technicians accordingly
Handle vendor relations, including bid procurement and coordination of on-site visits
Process invoices and support budgeting efforts
Monitor online portal for rent collection and service requests
Perform tenant screening, including employment verification and background checks
Support the preparation of annual budgets
Assist with unit turnovers and occasional light maintenance, as needed
Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
High level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with AppFolio, CoStar, or InDesign is a plus
Basic maintenance capabilities are a plus
