The Marketing and Communication Specialist at ProVise Management Group is an integral part of our team, serving as the connection between our clients, support team, and advisors. This great communicator, influencer and enthusiastic person will support the vision, positive culture, and team spirit.

The Marketing and Communication Specialist plays a key role in supporting ProVise Management Group’s marketing and client communication efforts. This individual will help create, produce, and distribute marketing content that strengthens the firm’s brand, enhances relationships with clients and prospects, and supports the firm’s continued growth.

This is a hands‑on role focused on content creation, social media management, email communication, website updates, and event support. The position works closely with advisors, firm leadership, and compliance to ensure all marketing activities align with the firm's standards.

What You’ll Do

Create and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Assist in writing and preparing client newsletters, blog posts, and email communications

Create graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva

Support the production and posting of video and podcast content

Update website content, including articles, announcements, and advisor updates

Monitor website and social media engagement and activity

Assist with marketing and communications related to client events, webinars, and seminars

Help coordinate invitations, reminders, and follow‑up communications

Coordinate client appreciation and recognition efforts, including milestone and birthday outreach, client gifts, and timely thank‑you communications for client referrals and introductions

Maintain organized marketing materials and content calendars

Track engagement metrics and assist with reporting on marketing activity

Ensure marketing materials comply with firm compliance standards

Supports Compliance to maintain an effective and robust investment advisory compliance program

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or a relevant degree

Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred

Experience in financial services or professional services is a plus

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office tools

Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through

Creative

Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, and ability to deal with confidential information

Excellent time management, can prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Professional, dependable, and collaborative

Comfortable working within compliance and documentation processes

Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
