1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect with expertise across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust identity solutions across multi-cloud environments. The Identity Architect will be instrumental in defining strategies, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the security posture of the organization by implementing scalable and effective identity controls. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement enterprise identity strategies, frameworks, and architectures for Azure. Design secure and scalable identity solutions that support mixed environments (on-prem/cloud or multi-cloud) and hybrid workloads. Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application teams to align identity solutions with organizational objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to security and IT teams on identity best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for cloud identity during architecture reviews and project planning. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement identity tools and solutions. Create, review, and maintain documentation related to all supported systems. Lead or attend project, team, and departmental meetings, acting as the identity subject matter expert. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, protocols, and standards, including authentication, authorization, and directory services. Facilitate communication and collaboration with diverse audiences possessing varying levels of identity understanding. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience in identity architecture with a strong focus on Microsoft and Zero Trust. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience Exposure to cloud-native tools like Azure B2C and EntraID. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
