Our client focuses on Private Works projects, including Grading, Underground Utilities, and Paving, consistently earning recognition as one of the region’s top contractors.
We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to be a critical part of our team, estimating and overseeing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Tucson area. While your main focus will be estimating large-scale projects, you’ll also have the opportunity to manage select projects from bid award through completion, providing a full cradle-to-grave project experience.
Pay range Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Estimate and manage heavy civil private works construction projects across Greater Tucson.
Take ownership of projects from bid to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
Collaborate with a high-performing team in a company that promotes progressive leadership and a culture of excellence.
What You Bring
5+ years of Heavy Civil Construction experience, with strong expertise in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving.
Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AUTOCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam.
Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite.
A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience with negotiated projects and technical writing skills is a plus.
