Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
Pritchard Companies is looking for a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer to help bring our brands to life across multiple businesses, markets, and channels.
This is a hands‑on role for a designer who loves execution, systems, and real‑world impact. You won’t just be designing individual assets—you’ll help build scalable visual approaches that support performance marketing, sales, recruiting, and brand growth.
You’ll work closely with marketing and business leaders across Pritchard Companies while taking creative direction from our Chief Creative Officer.
This is a 5 days a week - onsite role
What You’ll Do
Design high‑quality creative across multiple Pritchard Companies brands
Execute paid social, paid search, display, and video creative
Create marketing assets for sales, recruiting, and business unit support
Design web and landing‑page assets focused on clarity and conversion
Develop social media graphics and repeatable content formats
Prepare print‑ready files and manage brand asset libraries
Help evolve visual systems that improve consistency and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of professional graphic design experience
A strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital design work
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once
Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑company environment
Experience with multi‑location or franchise brands
Automotive, service, or logistics industry experience
Motion graphics, light video editing, or animation skills
Collaboration with paid media or growth teams
Tools You’ll Use
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Figma, Moqups, or similar design and wireframing tools
Digital advertising platforms and format requirements
