Role Overview As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNCs), building trust and confidence, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the first steps of working with our firm. You’ll meet clients where they are, listen to their story, and help them take the next step toward resolution of their matter.
Your role is to:
Clarify
each prospect’s situation, goals, and challenges
Educate
them on their options
Guide
them to make informed, sometimes difficult, decisions
Document
all communications accurately in the CRM
Follow up
consistently so no opportunity is lost
Hand off efficiently to the legal team once an engagement is signed
Conduct
client care follow-ups
to ensure satisfaction and identify ongoing needs

Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage your schedule of prospect meetings, follow-ups, and client check-ins
Ensure pre-meeting materials are delivered and reviewed
Log and update all client interactions accurately and promptly in CRM
Conduct client follow-ups and satisfaction check-ins
Provide professional, streamlined hand-offs to the legal team after signings
Collaborate with leadership to improve lead quality and process efficiency
Represent the firm at occasional networking events or trade shows
Stay informed on bar rules, industry standards, and firm policies
Make client care calls to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities

Qualifications

Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required
