$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus Industry

This high-level leadership role involves providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management, with a focus on profitability and compliance in manufacturing and defense sectors. Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance team, aligning financial goals with business objectives. Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost management for operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategies, including capital planning and risk mitigation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of financial management experience, especially in manufacturing. CPA preferred; knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and Deltek Costpoint is a plus. Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details
