Base pay range $36,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
