What You'll Do

Provide professional massage therapy services to guests in accordance with spa standards and protocols.

Customize treatments based on guests' needs, preferences, and health considerations.

Create a welcoming, relaxing, and safe environment for every guest.

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.

Educate guests on wellness benefits and recommend services or products when appropriate.

Communicate clearly with guests before, during, and after treatments to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Support the spa team in delivering a high-quality guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Current

Massage Therapy License in the State of Maryland

(required).

Previous massage therapy or spa experience preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Professional demeanor with the ability to create a calming guest experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments.

Ability to perform massage therapy techniques requiring repetitive movements and physical stamina.

Capability to lift, move, and carry supplies up to 25lbs when needed.

Additional Responsibilities

The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.

Employees must comply with all hotel‑established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
