About The Role AlphaHire is seeking a skilled
Vinyl Wrap Application Specialist
to join a fast-growing signage and graphics team in
White, GA . This hands‑on role focuses on the expert installation of vinyl wraps on vehicles, signage, and a variety of substrates. The ideal candidate is precise, efficient, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional finishes that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Install vinyl graphics and full/partial wraps on cars, trucks, trailers, windows, walls, and signage
Ensure proper panel alignment, trimming, edge sealing, and finish work per project specifications
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, performing minor disassembly, and ensuring proper adhesion conditions
Maintain organized work areas, tools, and materials to support efficient workflow
Collaborate with design and production teams to confirm measurements, print layouts, and installation details
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding timelines, project notes, and installation requirements
Follow all safety, quality control, and material‑handling procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of direct vinyl wrap installation experience (vehicle wraps, signage, architectural graphics, or similar)
Proficiency with heat guns, squeegees, precision knives, and industry‑standard wrap tools
Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to produce clean, bubble‑free applications
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or uneven surfaces as needed
Team‑oriented, professional, and able to manage work in a production‑driven environment
Preferred
Experience with vehicle prep, panel removal, and post‑installation care
Understanding of print file layouts, contour cut paths, and pre‑production setup
Familiarity with Roland, Graphtec, or HP Latex equipment (a plus)
