Job Summary As a Vehicle Wrap & Graphics Installer, you will focus primarily on the installation of vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, and interior branding elements for a wide range of clients. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience installing vehicle wraps, cut vinyl graphics, and large-format applications, and takes pride in producing clean, professional installations. While this position focuses heavily on vinyl graphics and wraps, the installer will occasionally assist with other signage installation tasks and support the broader installation team when needed. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Wrap & Vinyl Installation Install full and partial vehicle wraps Install cut vinyl lettering and decals Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, trailers, and fleet equipment Align complex multi-panel graphics with precision Perform surface preparation, cleaning, and panel prep Use heat guns, squeegees, and precision tools for professional installation Remove vinyl graphics without damaging underlying surfaces Interior & Architectural Graphics Wall murals and interior branding graphics Window graphics ADA signage and interior wayfinding signage Retail graphics and promotional graphics Project & Team Support Assist with installation preparation and site setup Provide ground support during larger sign installations when needed Load and organize installation equipment and materials Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and workspaces Communicate effectively with project managers and team members This role does not require installation of large electrical signs such as channel letters or monument signs, though occasional support on those projects may be required. Qualifications Preferred experience includes: 2+ years experience installing vehicle wraps Experience installing large format vinyl graphics Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver’s license Preferred but not required: Experience with 3M, Avery Dennison, or Oracal wrap films Experience installing wall wraps or architectural graphics Experience in a sign or graphics production environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work on ladders when needed Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Why Join Us?
