Vaco by Highspring is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility is to interact with customers, address questions and concerns, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Implement customer invoicing requirements using various systems and portals. Prepare and send invoices accurately and timely, including transmitting via EDI. Ensure proper billing of freight and charges. Maintain customer records and manage price/promo sheets. Support the Sales team and assist with customer calls, inquiries, and concerns.
