Heavy Civil Superintendent
or
Foreman
to lead their
self‑perform civil crew (~5 people) . This company has been in business for ~30 years and does approximately
$60M annually , with a strong backlog and repeat clients.
They perform diverse commercial work with a strong focus on
restaurant and retail projects , handling much of their
site work and civil scopes in‑house .
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a self‑perform civil/site crew (approx. 5)
Oversee site work, grading, utilities, and concrete scopes
Coordinate daily operations to keep projects on schedule and efficient
Project Experience
Commercial projects ranging from $800K - $10M
Heavy focus on restaurant ground‑ups and site packages
Mix of site development, utilities, and flatwork
Qualifications
Heavy Civil Superintendent or strong Foreman ready to step up
Experience leading crews in site work, utilities, grading, or concrete
Comfortable in a hands‑on, self‑perform environment
Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of work
