Position Summary Ensure compliant and efficient U.S. customs operations, managing air/ocean import-export clearance.

Key Responsibilities Include

Overseeing quotation and cost control

Managing bonded inventory for OEM processes

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compliance standards

Conduct FTZ compliance audits

Classify products using HS codes

Process equipment import/export clearance

Manage material import/finished goods export clearance

Monitor shipments and resolve exceptions

Coordinate logistics: book air/ocean/truck transport

Maintain bonded inventory records

Manage customs/logistics quotes and costs

Process payments to brokers/forwarders

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field

1+ years customs experience in manufacturing, (Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. customs brokers
