What You’ll Do:
Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs
Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades
Present financing options and educate customers on products and services
Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional, positive, and team‑focused attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus
