Requirements
Active California State Electrician Certification (must have passed the state exam)
Electrical Trainee (ET Card) may be considered depending on experience level.
3–6 years of field experience in residential and light commercial work
Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Clean driving record
Professional communication and customer‑facing skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
Perform service upgrades, remodel work, and troubleshooting
Ensure all work meets state and local code requirements
Collaborate with other trades on job sites to keep projects on schedule
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
Represent the company professionally with clients
What We Offer
Hourly pay: $32–$36/hr DOE
