Job Description
Immediate Opening for S-61N Model Crew Chief. The Sikorsky S-61N Crew Chief serves as the lead on‑site mechanic, responsible for the safe, efficient, and mission‑ready operation of the aircraft in support of heavy‑lift, utility, firefighting, and construction operations. This role ensures the aircraft is properly inspected, maintained, configured, and supported for all assigned missions in both base and field environments. Qualifications
5+ years of experience with S-61 aircraft A&P license Valid driver’s license Valid passport Positive attitude and strong work ethic Responsibilities
Serve as lead on‑site mechanic for the aircraft Inspect, maintain, and configure the aircraft for mission readiness Support heavy‑lift, utility, firefighting, and construction operations Coordinate with pilots and flight operations to ensure flight readiness Assist with rescue and recovery duties as directed when operating SAR aircraft Ensure proper inspection, maintenance, and support in both base and field environments Equal Opportunity Employer
