What You Will Be Doing
Taking full ownership of the GT Anywhere enrollment funnel with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and customer acquisition cost
Architecting and executing continuous experimentation to uncover and resolve critical conversion barriers
Developing the comprehensive annual marketing strategy spanning virtual, campus, and summer offerings—including positioning, audience segmentation, channel strategy, budget planning, and performance targets
Creating a high-velocity execution framework that reliably delivers output through agencies, freelancers, and marketing platforms
Collaborating directly with enrollment and school operations to transform family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative assets
What You Won’t Be Doing
Executing awareness campaigns that lack enrollment-driven accountability
Serving as a fulfillment resource for unstructured marketing requests with ambiguous return on investment
Navigating slow approval processes or relying on large, bureaucratic structures to move forward
Focusing on superficial metrics that do not connect to actual family enrollments
Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities Design and manage a complete full-funnel growth system that transforms existing market demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the defining authority in gifted K–8 education.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
10+ years of experience with full ownership of full-funnel marketing strategy and quantifiable outcomes in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
Proven accountability for concrete conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
Strong analytical proficiency in funnel diagnostics with a history of identifying issues and prioritizing high-leverage improvements
Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the organizational level
Demonstrated success building and overseeing scalable execution systems that utilize agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology platforms
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) remotely from within the United States
Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
