Job Summary:
We are seeking a competitive, results‑driven, and high‑energy ECM Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic Opt‑Ins team. This results‑focused position’s primary goal is to drive enrollment growth for our Vital Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program by converting pre‑qualified member leads into active enrollments. The role is ideal for a professional motivated by clear targets, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to connect people with life‑changing health benefits. Duties/Responsibilities:
Drive Enrollment : Execute high-volume outbound calls to a list of pre‑qualified health plan members to secure enrollments in new Enhanced Care Management (ECM) benefits. Exceed Enrollment Targets : Consistently meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets to maximize your bonus earnings. Master the Pitch : Articulately present the value of new health plan benefits to members and their support systems, overcoming objections and closing the enrollment. Streamline the Process : Efficiently navigate multiple health plan systems (EMR) to confirm eligibility and seamlessly onboard new members. Build Rapport : Establish trust and connect with members through empathetic, professional, and persuasive communication. Collaborate for Success : Partner with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth hand‑off for newly enrolled members, contributing to a positive member experience. Maintain Compliance & Quality : Uphold the highest standards of service and strictly adhere to all organizational guidelines and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required (healthcare experience preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Required Skills/Abilities:
