Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director to support leadership within our Eau Claire center. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, team development, and customer experience management within a cash‑pay, med‑spa style environment. The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson and relationship‑builder with experience in wellness, aesthetics, fitness, medical retail, or similar environments. You are energized by driving revenue, coaching others, and creating a client experience that inspires trust, loyalty, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for both nutrition and medical services
Lead and coach a team to achieve goals in premier nutrition programs, GLP‑1 medical weight‑loss programs, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/TRT), IV therapy and wellness injections (NAD+, LIPO B‑12, MIC, etc.), nutritional supplements, and ancillary wellness products
Own center‑level revenue performance and implement strategies to exceed monthly targets
Deliver high‑quality consultations using solution‑based, client‑centric selling
Educate clients on the benefits of Livea’s products, services, medical programs, and wellness offerings
Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate program value
Promote current specials, wellness offerings, program enhancements, and aesthetic or wellness‑based services
Support client retention, referrals, reviews, and long‑term loyalty
Marketing, Outreach & Community Engagement
Proactively canvass local businesses, gyms, corporate partners, and community organizations to grow referral networks
Represent Livea at community events and identify local marketing opportunities
Support center‑level social media visibility through posting, engagement, and client storytelling
Build strong relationships with clients that generate referrals, reviews, and repeat business
Center Operations & Team Leadership
Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing team focused on client outcomes and center growth
Hold staff accountable to KPIs, outreach expectations, and exceptional client service
Create a positive, energetic environment aligned with Livea’s culture and service standards
Ensure daily operational excellence, including scheduling, inventory, compliance, and day‑building
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Preferred Backgrounds
Background in clinical aesthetics, med spa, wellness, hormone optimization, medical retail, aesthetics, fitness, or similar cash‑pay environments strongly preferred
Experience with HRT, TRT, injectables, IV therapy, wellness services, or cosmetic/aesthetic offerings is highly desirable
Candidates with experience promoting, educating, and consulting clients on products and services are encouraged to apply
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales‑driven role, preferably in med‑spa, fitness, medical retail, wellness, aesthetics, or similar cash‑pay environments
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Leadership experience in coaching, performance management, and team accountability
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfort with technology, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
High energy, self‑motivated, and passionate about helping clients improve their health
Ability to work some early evenings and Saturday mornings based on center needs
