Responsibilities
1-4 years of commercial real estate experience
Recent transactional experience
Active bar license in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia
Distinguished academic credentials and excellent communication skills
Relevant real estate experience such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, mixed-use, condominium, multifamily development and regulatory matters (e.g., TOPA, ROFRs, rent control)
Qualifications
Commercial real estate experience 1-4 years
Transactional experience
Bar license DC, Maryland, Virginia
Academic credentials
Communication skills
Real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, etc.)
Salary Expected to be $215,000 to $250,000 depending on experience.
