We are in need of a Sales and Marketing Outreach Sales Specialist to join our team! Your main responsibility will be to sell and promote various services such as advertising space, event booths, sponsorship packages, and specialized landing pages. Additionally, you will be presenting the unique value and community benefits that our product and company offer.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outreach through methods such as cold calls, warm calls, email marketing campaigns, social media, and face-to-face interactions. It is essential that this person enjoys engaging in one-on-one conversations and is not hesitant to make phone calls in order to share the value of our programs, events, and cause.

Duties
Increase advertising revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones
Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Keep client correspondence and paperwork organized
Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and update contact information and sales leads
Requirements Qualifications
Previous sales, advertising, or related work experience is required
Outstanding negotiation skills
Capacity to build strong connections with clients
Effective oral and written communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently through research and critical thinking.
Additional Requirements Occasional travel with the events team to set up agricultural expos in different regions is necessary for this role. During peak event times, some overtime may be required.
