Retail Sales Lead Associate II (Key Holder) at Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina. This role provides store leadership in the absence of a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating exceptional customer service, teamwork, integrity, and resourcefulness. Responsibilities
Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility at night. Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports; conduct inspections when necessary. Provide cash register/customer service. Receive, price, and stock donations; occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds. Hang, inspect, and tag textiles & clothing in a production-style setting. Hours
Associate should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday 11 am. Compensation
Hourly wage: $16.25 USD. Eligible for a $2/hr geographical pay differential and quarterly sales incentive program. Qualifications
