Job Purpose Reporting to the Store Manager & leadership team, this role is to enhance guest experience on the sales floor, support the team and assist with back of house operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms
Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house
Receives & processes incoming merchandise
Complete daily tasks to support standard operating procedures
Help process online orders & runs transactions at the register
Help promote sales & events
Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness
Open and close the store

Qualifications
Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
Must be at least 18 years of age
