What You’ll Do
Act as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Lead/Assistant Lead
Open and close the store following all operational procedures
Deliver a personalized, guest first experience on the sales floor
Support associates by coaching, motivating, and ensuring daily goals are met
Help with merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining a clean, organized store
Process transactions, online orders, and incoming merchandise
Assist leadership team in driving sales and promoting events

Requirements
Previous retail experience required; leadership/keyholder experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, squatting, and reaching
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training
Current Store Locations: Alabama, New York, Kansas, Tennessee, Texas, Kentucky & Wisconsin — with new stores coming in 2025!
