Job Summary We are seeking candidates for several positions:
Customer Service Representative: Work as part of a team to address hunger, responsible for customer service, on-site meals implementation, office cleaning, organizing inventory, and stocking food pantries. Head Start Teacher: Work as part of a collaborative team to establish and maintain an age and developmentally appropriate Head Start / Early childhood classroom. Homeownership and Financial Advisory Team Member: Serve as a client-oriented people engaging member of the KOOTASCA Homeownership and Financial Advisory team, performing administrative and advisory work. Preschool Substitute Teacher: Work cooperatively with classroom staff in providing age and developmentally appropriate preschool education and activities. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is people-oriented with a collaborative and approachable style, demonstrating strong integrity, sound judgment, and a natural ability to promote unity and teamwork. Locations: Grand Rapids, MN; Marble, MN; Taconite, MN; Deer River, MN; & Int'l Falls, MN. Work Arrangements: In-person.
