Marketing Communications Specialist

Executes integrated marketing communication strategies focused on donor relations and development to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Manages content creation and distribution across digital and print channels while overseeing social media platforms to increase interaction and growth. Supports the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events aligned with business objectives. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery. Monitors market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies. Analyzes campaign performance, prepares reports on effectiveness, and maintains marketing tools and databases to improve efficiency and optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Executes marketing communications strategies focused on the Office of Development to increase brand awareness and audience engagement for donor relationships Manages content creation and distribution across digital and print platforms to support marketing initiatives Oversees social media channels, driving engagement and monitoring performance metrics Supports the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns aligned with business objectives Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery Monitors market trends and competitor activity to refine communication strategies Prepares and analyzes reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide future initiatives Maintains marketing databases and tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Education:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization required, along with two (2) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word Experience managing content across digital and print platforms Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills
