We are looking for a seasoned Business Banking Relationship Manager in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for the growth, retention and expansion of a portfolio of existing Business Banking customers, and sourcing new customers through referrals.
Essential Functions
Grow, retain, and expand a portfolio of existing Business Banking customers; source new customers through referrals.
Recommend appropriate solutions as a trusted advisor to meet clients' objectives.
Meet assigned revenue goal for region and products.
Gain complete knowledge of the business and personal financial needs of assigned customers.
Visit client locations every 6 months.
Build in-depth profiles and develop/manage a relationship plan for each client.
Develop and drive new acquisitions within the assigned banking center through centers of influence such as CPAs, attorneys, and existing client base.
Ensure client requests are met by handling them directly and/or referring to appropriate resources.
Meet or exceed Key Performance Measures, including portfolio growth, revenue/profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction; as established by the Business Banking Area Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of directly related experience.
Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Working knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services.
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and PC skills.
