Your New Role
Oversee daily job site operations for commercial restaurant construction projects in Bonsall, California and throughout California as needed
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Build and maintain weekly schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules
Submit, track, and manage RFIs and project documentation
Provide consistent written updates to Project Managers and internal teams
Ensure job site safety, quality control, and compliance with plans and specifications
Utilize Procore and mobile technology to manage reporting and documentation

Candidates with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong project history and the ability to lead job sites independently
Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, preferably restaurant or hospitality builds
Procore experience or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, email communication, and mobile devices including iPads and laptops
Experience creating and managing three-week look-ahead schedules and handling RFIs
Ability to travel throughout California based on project needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional written communication skills
Experience must be in commercial construction
