Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Cosmetic Surgery Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their cosmetic journey — from initial enquiry to post-procedure follow‑up — with professionalism, warmth, and precision. What You’ll Do Sales and Patient Engagement
Engage with prospective and existing patients via phone and email to understand their goals and build trusted relationships.
Qualify enquiries, manage leads, and convert consultations into confirmed bookings.
Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic information about procedures, pricing, and payment options.
Maintain post‑procedure communication to encourage long‑term relationships and referrals.
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Patient Journey Management
Serve as a dedicated point of contact throughout the patient journey — from enquiry to discharge.
Coordinate consultations and surgeries with consultants and internal teams.
Ensure all bookings, pricing, and billing are accurate and compliant.
Maintain precise, GDPR‑compliant patient records.
Customer Service Excellence
Provide empathetic, patient‑focused support at every touchpoint.
Handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Collect and share patient feedback to support service improvement.
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Proven success in a high‑performance, results‑driven sales role (B2C, consultative, or high‑value sales).
