Builds and maintains relationships with donors. Responsible for managing and monitoring donor recognition and stewardship efforts, board relations including meetings and annual board retreat as well as providing executive support to the leadership of the Foundation. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Job Requirements

Develops and implements creative and meaningful donor recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of our donors at various giving levels. Maintains a portfolio of campaign donors and prospects, working closely with gift officers to develop engagement and stewardship plans to ensure alignment of stewardship activities with fundraising goals and organizational priorities. Serves as the secondary point of contact for Foundation Board members, providing administrative support and ensuring effective communication between the Board and Foundation leadership. Coordinate all activities and events related to the Foundation Board, including meetings, retreats, and fundraising events. Supports leadership and Board Governance Committee in their efforts to recruit, onboard, and engage new board members. Creates and maintains pipeline of potential board members. Provides administrative support to the Foundation leadership, including managing schedule and travel, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assists in planning and executing donor appreciation events, including donor receptions, tours, and other special gatherings. Oversees the procurement and distribution of recognition items such as plaques, signage, and donor celebration materials. Manages and coordinates all recognition signage. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Organizational Requirements
