
Account Manager - Commercial Moving

This role focuses on managing client relationships, growing existing accounts, and coordinating office & industrial (O&I) relocation services. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients requiring commercial relocation services
Act as the primary point of contact for office and industrial (O&I) moving accounts
Conduct site visits and relocation surveys to assess project scope and client requirements
Prepare detailed relocation proposals and service quotations for commercial moves
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of office relocation projects
Identify upselling opportunities including storage, decommissioning, and move management services
Maintain ongoing communication with facilities managers, project teams, and procurement contacts
Track account activity, relocation projects, and pipeline opportunities within the CRM system
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the relocation process from planning through completion
Resolve service issues or logistical challenges during commercial moving projects
Monitor contract renewals and support long-term client retention strategies
Attend client meetings and industry networking events to strengthen business relationships
Key Skills & Experience
Experience working for a commercial moving or relocation services company
Proven track record managing corporate relocation or O&I moving accounts
Strong understanding of commercial move planning, relocation logistics, and service delivery
Experience preparing relocation proposals, estimates, and service agreements
Excellent relationship management and client communication skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with operations and move management teams
