Account Representative II
to support sales growth, customer relationship management, and market insights for our High Performance Films business.
This role is ideal for a motivated commercial professional who enjoys building partnerships and driving results. You will collaborate with our locations in both the US and China and work remotely.
Tredegar Surface Protection is the industry leader in quality, technology and service, providing masking films to the world's leading manufacturers of optical and specialty films and other specialty substrates used in display products.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships within an assigned customer portfolio; identify new opportunities.
Support forecasting, pricing input, project coordination, planning, and organizational/administrative tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Finance, leadership) to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Gather customer, market, and competitive intelligence to guide business strategy.
Monitor monthly sales performance and communicate progress.
Travel up to 50%.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience; 2–5 years in a customer‑facing role in the plastic films industry, consumer packaging, or consumables preferred.
Strong communication, customer focus, sales ability, and relationship building skills.
Organized, analytical, self‑motivated, and results‑driven with solid business acumen.
Proficiency in the use of electronic tools and various software (MS Office).
