Role Description This is a full-time territory position as a Technical Sales Representative based in Lincoln, RI. The role involves managing technical sales processes, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing outstanding customer service to support client needs. Additional responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, training clients on product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members
Experience delivering Training and product demonstrations to clients
Familiarity with fluid handling equipment or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
