What You'll Do
Lead, train, and motivate a
high-performing sales team
Drive results through effective
sales strategies and accountability
Ensure an exceptional
customer experience from start to finish
Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance
Maximize profitability on every transaction
Assist with finance operations as needed
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Results-driven with high energy and motivation
Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
OEM certifications are a plus
High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
