The responsibilities of this take-charge position include managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively and profitably. The ability to work cross-functionally with our Sales, Design, Technology, Fabrication, and Installation teams, across multiple locations, is very important. Essential responsibilities/functions may include but are not limited to: Partners with creative and brand management peers to develop ideas Manages strategic planning for projects/accounts within the company Supports new business activity where required Collaborates with clients to find deeper insights into the dynamics of their business Utilizes standardized strategic &/or interpretive planning tools to foster consistency over time and across projects Ensures strong collaborative relationships within the groups and externally with key agency and client partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business Creates an environment that fosters openness of opinion and constant curiosity Thinks creatively and demonstrates success in developing strategic deliverables Interfaces with high-level clients Partners and co-leads work sessions, represent the experiential opportunity, and create plans Acquires knowledge of industry & client's business so that experiential problems and opportunities may be anticipated Develops strategies for the overall experience Fosters a collaborative, problem-solving culture that inspires and encourages the team Represents the client's customers in client meetings and presents research/strategy findings. Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of the dynamics of digital and interactive Knowledge of insight gathering tools and processes Ability to develop strong relationships with clients by gaining trust and repeated successful delivery of expectations Ability to foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary teams Ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client Industry experience in cultural projects and interpretive (master) planning skills strongly desired. Industry experience in corporate, healthcare, retail and/or specialty construction / fabrication is desired Presentation expertise is a must Willingness to travel based on project needs Computer proficiency, specifically spreadsheet, word processing, database, Internet, and email applications Education/Certifications/Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of demonstrated success in planning, strategic planning, and related communications Marketing background and strong analytical capabilities are a must Physical Demands
