Real Estate Services Agent II
In the role of Real Estate Services Agent II, you will provide pre‑negotiation project, parcel, property owner and occupant due diligence, and negotiate acquisition of rights and displacement relocations relative to public or private projects. You will coordinate right‑of‑way and utility issues, support property projects—including assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of required rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation—and perform other related duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Available to travel anywhere in southwestern MN.
Real estate license in good standing or equivalent, as required by law.
Database and GIS familiarity.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in real estate, right‑of‑way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management.
Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work, and coordinate closely with management.
Understanding of federal, state, and industry laws and FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, NEPA, FERC, and Uniform Relocation Act regulations.
Confidence in working with clients, property owners, and occupants.
Ability to balance office and field work in a collaborative, deadline‑sensitive manner.
Proficiency with standard technology tools such as Microsoft Office and Project.
Strong communication, basic negotiation and presentation skills, plus the ability to work flexible hours.
Coordinate closely with management.
