Role Description This is a full-time role, Vermont based, for a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Property and Casualty. The agent will be responsible for selling and servicing Property and Casualty insurance products, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions, and managing policy renewals. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage
Strong knowledge and background in Finance
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site in Burlington, VT
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with insurance-related software is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
