Responsibilities
Report directly to the Sales Team Leads; receive training in the first weeks and ongoing support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges.
Sell Property and Casualty Insurance via inbound leads (no cold calling).
Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow‑ups and callbacks.
Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call and follow recommendations from call audits.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License
Excellent verbal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Motivated, ambitious and energetic
Basic computer knowledge
Sales experience preferred
