We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Buyer to contribute to our buying team. Responsibilities
Understanding and applying buying / sales principles and customer service practices.
Working in a call center answering calls and data enter.
Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management.
Maintaining a customer service focus and responding flexibly to the needs of the business.
Working as part of a team and taking initiative independent of direct supervision.
Handling physical demands of the role, including constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in verbal and written English language; bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and remain attentive to customers.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation The pay for this full-time position is
$18.00 - $20.00
per hour.
