U Pull R Parts, a leading auto parts company in East Bethel is seeking dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as full-time Sales staff with a development path to become a Team Lead and key member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities
Understanding and applying sales principles and customer service practices
Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
Maintaining a customer service focus and responding flexibly to the needs of the business
Working independently and as part of a team
Handling physical demands of the role, including moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing
Qualifications
Proficiency in verbal and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and take initiative without direct supervision
Enthusiasm, friendliness, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Compensation The pay for this position ranges from
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour with bonus structure in place.
