Description
Pay Grade: Grade 1 $35,500 - $44,719
Classifications: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Non-Ministerial, Domestic, Non-Missionary
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain active membership at an Every Nation church.
- Assist the Design Supervisor in determining design project deliverables and timeline.
- Design and produce graphics for digital print, and multimedia use, including websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Partner with other departments to develop compelling visuals for campaigns, events, and publications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software, and production techniques.
- Provide creative input and feedback during project planning and review phases.
- Make revisions based on creative feedback in a timely and positive manner.
- Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.
- Assist with basic layout adjustments.
Minimum Qualifying Education: Degree in arts or design-related field preferred
Minimum Qualifying Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Understands basic concepts of typography, layout, and design
- Creative thinking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Open to sharing ideas
- Able to receive criticism for improving their work and performance
- Works well with a team
