Schwanen is successful in over 35 countries.The Roles PurposeAs a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors to our space on Abbot Kinney Blvd, introduce them to Merz b. Schwanens heritage, values, and products, and build deep, lasting relationships with our customerscontributing to the commercial success of the business.This role is part-time and will be based in our Abbot Kinney store in Venice, Los Angeles.Your ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional, memorable experiences to all visitors of our storeUtilizing your product knowledge to guide customers and assist them in choosing the products that are right for themContributing to the achievement of the stores key performance indicatorsEnsuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers and colleaguesMaintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store at all timesAccurately performing store procedures such as stock counts, opening and closing, and cashing upThe Qualities You EmbodyExperience in a customer-facing role, preferably in premium clothing retailAbility to work effectively in and contribute to the success of a teamCuriosity to understand people and their needs without assumptions or judgment.
