Leasing Associate - Downtown Seattle

Saratoga Capital is seeking a full‑time leasing professional to work at our community in Downtown Seattle. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. This position requires assisting the Community Manager with day‑to‑day operations and, most importantly, assisting current residents with questions and concerns as well as leasing apartments to future residents.
Qualifications
At least one year of proven leasing and sales background.
Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Computer skills: experience with RealPage or Property Management software.
Ability to input data into the computer system for entering future resident visits and work orders.
Must be flexible and available to work on weekends.
