The Server Assistant at Cutthroat’s Saloon supports the service team by ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role is critical in maintaining service flow, assisting servers, and delivering a fast‑paced, high‑energy guest experience during the busy summer season.
Key Responsibilities
Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain table availability
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, and service stations
Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate service gaps
Stock service stations with necessary supplies (glassware, utensils, napkins, condiments)
Assist with opening and closing side work duties
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
