Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with internal teams
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
Track account performance metrics and report findings to management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
