Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both our events coordination and sales functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure event materials and services.
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Maintain and update customer databases and manage communication with clients.
Aid in managing event budgets and tracking expenses to stay within financial guidelines.
Provide on-site assistance during events to handle logistics and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event coordination and sales support or a related field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
