Sales Representative

The Sales Role Hiring immediately – as a full‑time sales representative, we prepare you to succeed in more than just your current position. You will be trained on all of our products and deliver interactive sales presentations that teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning and problem solving. This role provides foundational education and experience for future career growth.
Responsibilities
Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly products and services to customers
Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
Team building and mentorship
Qualifications
Highly developed communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Self‑motivated, disciplined and career‑oriented
Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that carry through a variety of career paths
Natural outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
BA/BS preferred
Compensation
$3,900 sign‑on bonus*
Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
Average earning potential: $72,000‑$130,000 per year
