Seasonal Selling Associate at Victoria’s Secret & Co. location: The Shoppes at Webb Gin. This role focuses on driving store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge and brand standards. Responsibilities
Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively Provide customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions Process returns, promotions, and other offers to maximize sales Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and suggest additional items Manage cash wrap area and go-backs Process merchandise to floor ready status and maintain back room/stock to brand standards Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product visibility Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock situations as needed Execute floorset activities proficiently and maintain adherence to brand standards Benefits

Minimum Salary: $12.00 Maximum Salary: $14.75 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role. Your actual salary will be determined by factors including your skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications
