Position Overview Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engages customers, and exhibits an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.

Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.

Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.

Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.

Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.

Recover cash wrap selling zone and "go‑backs".

Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back‑room and understock to brand standards.

Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.

Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark out of stock.

Execute floorset proficiently, understand and adhere to brand standards, and assist with maintenance of back‑room and understock.

Support company-wide sales, loss prevention, and housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

Salary Minimum: $15.00; Maximum: $17.75 per hour.
